GREAT PLACE TOO STAY !!! I just got back from Vegas 4 hours ago and I'm already planning my return trip. The stay at the Luxor was excellent. We needed towels one morning, before room service ran, and they sent a runner with towels to the door within 5 mins. Fulfilled my expectations and then some... My wife and myself went there in March, in between the NBA all star game and the NASCAR race, the price was great for the room in the east tower, the room was clean and had everything we wanted, coffee maker, bath tub and shower, hairdryer, ironing board, and cable TV (who watches TV in Las Vegas??) staff was friendly and our check in happened in a matter of minutes. Spent 5 nites and 6 days there, loved every minute of it. Only real complaint would be that the Nathans stand at the food court was way over priced even for a tourist destination. Never fear, there was a McDonalds next to it and another fast food place next to that. The buffet makes up for that in a big way, very good and good price. MGM GRAND LAS VEGAS: What People Are Saying
MGM Grand "The MGM Grand is a Grand Experience" - This property is even better than in the past. Rooms are excellent with great views of the strip including Excalibur, New York New York, Mandalay. Cabanas around $250. per day but worth it if you split the price with your friends. Private waiter, television, beverages, inner tubes, couches, chaises, etc. Hotel has 3 large pools plus a lazy river to use your inner tube in. All of the restaurants are excellent, classy looking and have great food. Also a small separate food court with Starbucks and McDonalds. They also have a lion habitat. Two large lions with keepers throwing balls. How fun to watch full grown lions bounding like kittens around their cage to chase the ball. Large casino and very good signage throughout so you can always find your way easily. Go to KA; what a great show. Every Summer they also host a big Jimmy Buffet concert so look into booking your rooms early. This hotel is just as nice as I remembered from years past.

MGM Grand "My stay at the MGM GRAND was awesome" - I stayed at MGM GRAND as part of my birthday gift to myself. Everyone was so helpful. From the people who cleaned my room exceptional) to the pit bosses, I got the impression I was the center of attention until I realized these people give everyone the same royal treatment. The food choices were many and I tried to eat at all of them. The room was beautiful but the walls were thin, if you know what I mean but I wasn't in my room that long anyway. The gambling atmosphere was pleasant and so secure Iwas up all night. I was treated like a queen from the beginning to the end of my trip. TI (Treasure Island) – What People Are Saying
“Loved it!!” This is our favorite hotel in Las Vegas. We have gone to Vegas about a dozen times in the last 5 years. We have ventured out and tried other hotels, but we keep returning to Treasure Island like the prodigal son. It is the nicest hotel for the money. The Bellagio, Wynn, Venetian, Mirage are great, but will cost you quite a bit more. Then you can save a few bucks, think south end of the strip (Luxor, Excalibur, MGM Grand). But, you cannot beat the location and amenities of the Treasure Island. Parking is close (for Vegas strip that is), the hotel is easy to navigate, and the Starbucks is the cheapest on the strip (or at least in a hotel on the strip). Having seen all the Cirque du Soleil shows, Mystere is the only one that I would see again and again. I highly recommend catching it while you are in Vegas. Also, use your key and get an up close view of the “Sirens of TI”. It isn’t Cirque, but is quite a feast for the eyes. The only complaint that I have is that check in is always a bit slow. Even if there is no line it seems to take awhile. But they have always given us the room that we want, so maybe the few minutes spent at check in is well worth it. – Autieb (Orange, Texas) 1/6/2008

"Good 5 days at Circus Circus" - Family spring break trip went well, Family got a Suite and we got adjoining room, in the South(SKY) Tower. Blue Decor in suite and Red in regular room. Both Rooms were clean and well stocked with coffee,soap etc.(yes the suites, do get the Starbucks coffee - Lol) Good views from 17th floor, Book in time, about 7 p.m. had a HUGH line-up, with only one clerk, but someone called manager and 2 more people came to help. Tram ride from Main Section was no trouble at all, and fun, but we also walked the enclosed walkway lots of times. Arcade was fun for kids, they won LOTS of stuffed toys/etc. Nice Casino and mostly nice staff and service. We all enjoyed the Buffet Brunch, mid week, Adult $8.50. Buffet Supper was good as well, Adult $12.50 mid week. (CC has NO lunch buffet). We went to Silver Legacy for Buffet Breakfast too. Also had the Awful awful Burger at the Nugget. Family went to Two Ski Hills and enjoyed Both, they would love to go back to Both. Suite had a refrigerator, that we used for drinks. We enjoyed the stay at the Circus Circus and would return. "What a Blast!" - My sister and I stopped at Circus Circus Reno to get some sleep before the four hour drive home. Ended up staying there another three days because we were having such fun in the casino. Since then I go to the Circus at least every other month for a great getaway.
